In our quest to gain an insight into Long Stay Guest satisfaction, we embarked on a fact finding journey. The findings were clear; our Long Stay Guests were after an exclusive sanctuary they can call “their own”. The requests for this sanctuary included internet connectivity, comfort food, availability of sports and news on TV, good music and personalised service.
Subsequently we responded with the creation of the Long Stay Lounge! This web site is a natural progression of the Lounge to assist you to stay in touch with each other, find out what is the latest at the Long Stay Lounge or to leave us some feedback.
